Here is a cartoon drawn for the New Matilda website, a good current affairs site with a daily cartoon section.I don't need to say the Tibetan situation is awful.

Cartoon for the Observer about the Governments idea of curbing teenage drinking.

Here is a cartoon commissioned for New Rationalist magazine, to go with an article about an atheist getting used to no longer worshipping anyone.

Cartoon for the Melbourne Observer about the lack of women in the selection committee for the Ideas Summit.

AEU News

Here is a cartoon for the AEU News(for the Teachers' Union), to go with an article about the huge collection of marking that accumulates at home.

Global Warming

Here's another cartoon about Global Warming, and the fact that some people(Liberal Party?) seem to not want to commit to emisions' targets until the rest of the World does too.There was a report this week saying it was much worse than most people realize.

This is a cartoon for the Melbourne Observer, reflecting on many people's reaction to Brendan Nelson's reply speech.

Smoker Operation

This is a cartoon for the Epoch Times, to go with an article, part of which posed the question: should hospitals operate on smokers if they're going to continue smoking and damage their health further, tying up hospital resources away from other critical patients.

Whales

Here's a cartoon for the Melbourne Observer, I think the Japanese whaling is awful, how they can say it's scientific is ridiculous.

Epoch Times Iraq Cartoon

This is a cartoon drawn for the Epoch Times, to go with an article suggesting a slight improvement in conditions in Iraq, mainly due to some Sunni Muslims siding with the Americans in their fight against the Insurgancy.This is not to say it's much better though, it's still a war zone, and there may be problems in the future as the various factions decide to fight it out.

The second cartoon was for the Melbourne Observer, about the up and coming apology to indigenous australians.

New Rationalist Cartoon

This is something I did for New Rationalist magazine, for an article comparing the Nick Cave scripted film, The Proposition, the art of Sydney Nolan, and John Howard's "vision" of Australia and it's history.
